Bacon Hash Browns
Ingredients:
- 4 cups refrigerated or frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Transfer to a greased 9-in. pie plate.
- Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° until lightly browned, 35-45 minutes.
