Let us dry age your beef to 21+ day perfection, knife cut, and vacuum pack for the best meat your family has ever had!
​Pricing is based upon hanging weight.
Our current processing rates are:
$1.25/Lbs Processing
$0.25/Lbs Kill fee
$12.50 disposal fee
All prices include custom cutting, vacuum packaging, and 14 days of free freezer storage. 
These prices are effective 5/31/24

All animals are killed by appointment only. 
Please note: We only kill on Monday mornings.
