Ordering a Half Beef

An average family of 4 will use a half a beef a year, so this will keep you stocked for months no matter how large your family. Below is an approximate list of what you can expect to get from a half beef!

When you order a half beef online at ClintAndSonsPickup.com, you are only placing a $600 deposit. An average 1/2 beef is 330 lbs and is $3.79/lbs which is about $1,250. The remaining cost must be paid in full at the time of pick up!

When you place your deposit, you will receive an email from us with a black Beef Cut Sheet, as well as a link to a YouTube video explaining how to fill out the sheet! Pay careful attention to this step to ensure you get your half beef exactly how you want it!

As it mentions on the deposit, a half beef can take anywhere from 60 to 120 days to process, depending on the volume of orders we have at the time. Please be patient with this process, it is worth the wait! Unlike most processors, we like to age our beef to ensure our customers are getting the best flavor.
