Venison Green Chile Cheese Fresh German Sausage

Venison Green Chile Cheese Fresh German Brand Sausage is a 50% Deer 50% Pork blend. A little salt, pepper, garlic, cheese, and green chilis with a few other seasonings for good measure. German sausage is very mild and great for all tastes.  This is a Fresh sausage meaning completely raw, so it needs fully cooked. As with any sausage "Fresh" is better for grilling and "Smoked" is better to be cooked on the stove.
