Venison Jalapeno Fresh Polish Sausage is a 50% Deer 50% Pork blend. A little salt, pepper, and garlic, with a few other seasonings for good measure. This is a Fresh sausage meaning completely raw, so it needs fully cooked. As with any sausage "Fresh" is better for grilling and "Smoked" is better to be cooked on the stove.
**Special Note** We do not sell venison products, this is remaining from custom processing that did not get picked up. It is while supplies last, once gone it's gone for a year.
